2. Services Offered

We provide business consulting services including:

  • Business Formation & Compliance Strategy — $499.00 USD (one-time fee): A comprehensive review of your corporate structure, governance frameworks, and C-Corp compliance alignment.
  • Growth & Operational Consulting — $1,250.00 USD/month (recurring subscription): Strategic planning sessions, workflow optimization, and project management implementation. Includes 4 hours of 1-on-1 consulting per month.
  • Enterprise Infrastructure Assessment — $2,500.00 USD (one-time fee): A full audit of digital tools, financial workflows, and operational bottlenecks, culminating in a custom technology integration blueprint.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or clicking "Proceed to Secure Checkout," you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement, and have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

4. Service Delivery

Upon successful payment confirmation, you will receive an onboarding email within 1 business day outlining next steps. All consulting services are delivered remotely via video conference, phone, or email unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content is the property of Somos Pillars Enterprise Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Consulting deliverables created specifically for you are provided for your internal business use only and may not be resold without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

We provide consulting advisory services only and are not liable for any business decisions made based on our recommendations. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of competent courts as mutually agreed upon by the parties.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Payment Processing — Stripe, Inc.

All payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you make a purchase, you are subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service at stripe.com/privacy. We never see or store your full card number, CVC, or billing details.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share information only with Stripe for payment processing, with service providers under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described here or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time by emailing info@somospillarsenterprise.com.

6. Security

We implement reasonable administrative and technical security measures to protect the information we hold. All payment transactions are encrypted via 256-bit SSL through Stripe's secure infrastructure.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact us at info@somospillarsenterprise.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Summary: We collect only the information needed to provide our services. We never store payment card details — Stripe handles all payment data securely. We do not sell your information.

Refund Policy

Important: Please read this policy carefully before completing any purchase. By proceeding to checkout, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our refund terms.

One-Time Consulting Fees

The following services are charged as a single, one-time fee:

  • Business Formation & Compliance Strategy — $499.00 USD
  • Enterprise Infrastructure Assessment — $2,500.00 USD

These fees are non-refundable once the discovery or onboarding session has commenced. This includes any initial intake call, kickoff meeting, questionnaire completion, or document review initiated by either party.

Pre-Session Refund Window

If you purchase a one-time service and have not yet begun your discovery session, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of your purchase date. To initiate, email info@somospillarsenterprise.com with your full name, service purchased, and transaction date. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

Monthly Subscription Refunds

Growth & Operational Consulting ($1,250.00 USD/month) is billed monthly. Monthly fees are not refunded for partial billing periods already charged. If you cancel before the next renewal date, you will not be charged for any future periods.

Service Disputes

If you believe the service delivered was materially different from what was described, contact us at info@somospillarsenterprise.com within 10 business days. We review each case individually and are committed to good-faith resolution.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account. We maintain complete transaction records and will respond to any payment dispute through Stripe's dispute resolution process.

Refund Summary: One-time fees are non-refundable after the discovery session begins. A 48-hour pre-session refund window applies. Monthly fees are not refunded for periods already billed. Contact us before initiating any dispute.

Cancellation Policy

Monthly Subscription — Growth & Operational Consulting

Your Growth & Operational Consulting subscription ($1,250.00 USD/month) is a recurring monthly plan with no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. You may cancel at any time.

To cancel, email info@somospillarsenterprise.com with subject line "Subscription Cancellation Request." We will confirm your cancellation within 1 business day.

Effect of Cancellation

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You retain full access to consulting sessions and resources through the final day of the period already paid for.
  • No refund is issued for the current billing period already charged.
  • You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods after cancellation is confirmed.

One-Time Services

One-time services are not subscription-based. If you wish to cancel before your engagement begins, refer to the Refund Policy for the 48-hour pre-session window.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to terminate any service engagement in cases of non-payment or violation of these Terms. In such cases, you will receive written notice and a prorated refund for any unused prepaid services, if applicable.

Cancellation Summary: Cancel your monthly plan anytime by email — no fees, no contracts. Access continues through the end of your paid period.

Payment Terms

Payment Processor

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a secure and PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. By making a purchase, you are subject to Stripe's Terms of Service at stripe.com/legal. We do not store your full credit card number, expiration date, or security code on our servers.

Billing Currency

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). If you are paying from outside the United States, your card issuer may apply a foreign transaction fee, which is outside our control.

Receipts & Invoices

An email receipt is automatically generated by Stripe and sent to the email address provided at checkout immediately upon successful payment. Request a formal invoice by contacting us at info@somospillarsenterprise.com.

Failed Payments

For monthly subscriptions, if a recurring payment fails, Stripe will retry the charge over several days. If the charge cannot be collected, your subscription may be suspended until payment is resolved. We will notify you by email of any payment failure.

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to adjust service prices at any time. For existing monthly subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days' written notice before any price change takes effect.

Payment Summary: All payments in USD via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover. Receipts are emailed automatically. We do not store card details.
